Welcome to Perm Jewelry Supplies. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before placing your order.

1. Company Information Perm Jewelry Supplies is a Canadian-owned and operated business specializing in jewelry-making materials, including but not limited to: 14k gold-filled chain and findings 925 sterling silver chain and findings Tools such as pliers, cutters, and protective glasses 925 PVD jewelry materials.

2. Product Information: We make every effort to accurately describe our products. However, minor variations in colour, finish, or size may occur due to manufacturing processes or screen display differences.

3. Pricing & Payments All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Payments are accepted through approved checkout methods at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping & Delivery Canadian Orders: Orders ship from Ontario, Canada. Standard processing time is 4 business days. Delivery times vary based on location and courier.

International Orders: Customers outside Canada are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

United States Orders: Please note that due to ongoing tariff issues and constant changes at the border, shipments to the United States may take up to 21 business days to arrive. We appreciate your patience as these circumstances are outside of our control. 

5. Returns & Exchanges: Tools, supplies, and jewelry materials are considered final sale for hygiene and quality control reasons.

Defective or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery for review.

Please include photos and order details when contacting us.

Approved returns or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Wholesale Order Policy:

Please not that all wholesale orders are made to order and make take up to 30 days to arrive from production. If you order includes both wholesale and regular (ready-to-ship items), the entire order will be shipped together once your wholesale order is complete. Because all wholesale items are custom made and put into production upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, cancellations or exchanges on these orders under any circumstances.

7. Warranty: We do not provide warranties on tools or materials unless otherwise explicitly stated. Any manufacturer defects reported within 7 days of receipt will be assessed for replacement.

8. Limitation of Liability: Perm Jewelry Supplies is not liable for: Delays caused by couriers, customs, or government regulations Misuse of products (including injury from tools or improper handling of jewelry materials) Losses related to business operations or customer resales

9. Intellectual Property: All content, images, product descriptions, and branding on this website are the property of Perm Jewelry Supplies and may not be copied or used without written permission.

10. Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be handled in the jurisdiction of Ontario courts.
